On the palate, the initial bitterness offers an herbaceous depth reminiscent
of chicory. This structure gives way to an intriguing complexity, featuring the
sweet, elegant note of sweet almond and the deeper savoriness of fresh walnut.
The final, warming sensation is delivered by a pronounced accent of black
pepper, ensuring a long, satisfying conclusion.
